Easy Peasey CHEESY OMELETy!
Ingredients: 3 eggs, Sliced cheese, chopped onions, and sausage.

Step 1: crack the eggs in to a bowl and whisk them until they are fully mixed.
Step 2: get out a pan & set it on the stove & spray non stick cooking spray in it( turn on the stove to half way)
Step 3: take the egg and pour into a pan.
Step 4: sprinkle some of the onions into the egg mixture.
Step 5: lair the top with the cheese until you have a even lair on top.
Step 6: let this cook for 1 minute and fold it into half.( fold it with a )

Step 7: get the omelet out with the spatula.

Ingredients: 1 egg, 20 ounces of low-fat butter milk, 2 teaspoons of butter, 1 cup of all purpose flour, 1 table spoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 table spoon of baking soda, 1/2 of salt, and maple syrup
Step 1: Crack the egg into a medium bowl an whisk until frothy. Add the buttermilk and melted butter and whisk gently just to combine. Add the flour,sugar,baking soda,baking powder,and salt and whisk gently until the flour incorporated.
Step 2: Heat a large frying pan or griddle over medium heat until hot, but not smoking. Add a little bit of butter to the pan and using a spatula,spread it evenly over the bottom. For each pancake, spoon about 1/4 of a cup of the batter onto the pan, spacing them a few inches apart. Cook until the edges of the pancakes begin to look dry and the bottoms are golden brown, about 2 minutes. Slide the underneath each pancake and carefully flip it over to cook the other side. Cook the pancakes on their second until golden brown on the bottom and the batter is no longer runny in the center about 1 minute longer. Continue to cook the remaining pancakes same way.
